Any dealership can sell an automobile, but the personnel at Sandy Springs Ford go the extra effort to insure that the entire experience is excellent, even after the sale. Kevin Swindall, Tom, Steve, Amanda and the entire staff were extremely helpful in followup assistance we needed regarding out-of-state title paperwork. Ralph Tucci became personally involved in a service question with the new car and express shipped us an updated part at no cost. I found Nick to be honest & knowledgeable in your products, and on the ball when speaking to him. I might note that I live in TRENTON Ontario CANADA , but was visiting my Brother in Ackworth G.A. I was pleased with the Trade -in price, of my Mercury Gran Marquis 2008. And the purchase of my Ford Edge 2010.
Their was quite a bit of paperwork for the trade-in. importing & Exporting of the Edge 2010 model. And would do it again, in the near future if dealing with Nick Prince. He has become a friend as well as my favorite Salesman, and he should go far in your Dealership .
